Disabled Adaptations

BSG Property Services Ltd is fully conversant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995 and the DDA 2005, and our dedicated Special Projects team are available to help with Disabled Adaptations. Indeed, we carry out more than 250 disabled adaptation projects every year. Our team liaise closely with Occupational Therapists to produce working drawings and are experts in the following:

• Bathroom adaptations including level access showers
• Kitchen adaptations such as lowered worktops
• Grab rails
• Improving access to and within a property by way of door widening, concrete ramps and safety rails
