Drainage clearance is one of several property maintenance services offered by BSG Property Services Ltd.

Domestic, commercial and industrial premises can have their blocked drains cleared either through conventional methods or by using a high-powered jetting system which gives instant positive results.

Additionally, BSG can conduct drain excavations and repairs, and relay and repair water mains using the hydraulic moling system where appropriate.

If drains are continually blocked, BSG will carry out a CCTV survey of the system – very useful for insurance purposes, as a CCTV survey may be required as part of the inspection when purchasing a house. Plus, of course, CCTV immediately shows up any problems (eg: rat infestations) potentially saving the expense of unnecessary excavations and repair.
