BSG Property Services Ltd regularly carries out planned maintenance programmes for RSLs (housing associations, local authorities and ALMOs). This, along with responsive maintenance and the Decent Homes agenda, forms our core business and is where we feel the company truly excels in terms of experience and professionalism.

We are enthusiastic about partnering (please see our Vision & Values), working closely with RSLs to achieve tenant promises. We are also in favour of tenants playing a key role in the improvements programme, and we welcome and actively encourage their involvement.

Our highly skilled teams of full-time employed operatives can carry out the full range of remedial and renovation works, including:

Roofing
Gutters and uPVC fascias (aka Roofline)
• Painting and decorating
Drainage and groundworks
• Carpentry
• Electrical works (NICEIC approved)
• Plumbing services (CORGI registered)
• Central heating installations and servicing
Disabled Adaptations
BSG Property Services Ltd understands absolutely that customer satisfaction is crucial. Therefore, throughout any project – Decent Homes, planned maintenance or responsive maintenance – our full-time Resident Liaison Officer ensures ongoing communication with residents. She also carries out performance monitoring and conducts satisfaction surveys upon completion of the works.
