Responsive Maintenance

BSG Property Services Ltd is the ideal partner to carry out responsive repairs. Our teams have a professional and flexible approach to their work, and take pride in completing the job in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the client.

To help ensure that our response times are managed and delivered to the absolute best of our ability, BSG company vehicles have a tracking device that provides KPI reports on our performance.

We regularly carry out day-to-day responsive maintenance works, such as:

Roofing
Gutters and uPVC fascias (aka Roofline)
• Painting and decorating
Drainage and groundworks
• Carpentry
• Electrical works (NICEIC approved)
• Plumbing services (CORGI registered)
• Central heating installations and servicing
Whenever a new or replacement installation is commissioned (eg: gas boiler, washing machine, central heating system) the appropriate BSG operative will demonstrate the appliance and hand over product literature, so that the tenant is confident about how to use and maintain the equipment.
