We write to thank your company and staff for the very professional and competent completion of the installation of the shower unit at our home recently.
In particular the excellent work executed by Dave Humphries who worked so conscientiously throughout.It was also noticable that all your staff employed on this project were so polite and courteous.
We will ensure that:
At the end of our working day the resident has facilities available such as heating, electrical, water etc. In the rare event that services cannot be connected, a temporary provision is made available.
We communicate fully with the resident regarding the works before, during and towards completion.
We carry out the works with the minimum of disruption
We are aware of any vulnerable groups or residents with specific needs
We have undertaken all necessary Health and Safety precautions

We have a very high regard for the Health, Safety and the Welfare of all employees, ensuring a safe working environment and safeguarding those who may be affected by our work activities. We take this responsibility very seriously.
BSG has in place full Health & Safety systems and policies which are effective and are adhered to, supported by our health and safety committee and audited by our retained external consultants.
The Company regards the promotion of Health, Safety and Welfare of paramount importance, and our in-house Health & Safety Committee meets on a quarterly basis with representatives from the workforce, management and director level to review, maintain and improve H & S standards.
All our employees receive regular training in correct safety procedures, ensuring that BSG keeps up with changing legislation set out by the HSE and aiding our effort towards ‘continuous improvement’ thus raising overall safety standards.
